This vibrant and tight knit community is serviced by a modern, purpose-built medical facility which is home to 6 doctors (and on the lookout for more) who also provide care to the local primary care unit. Our medical centre employs friendly and experienced nursing and reception staff who are committed to providing the very best quality care to the community. We also have available at the practice many other health practitioners including Advanced Hearing, Help Yourself – Dietetics and Nutrition, clinical psychologist Joe Gubbay, Mid North Coast Diagnostics, The Heart Centre, Sharon Hocking (podiatrist), Lachlan Chapple (podiatrist), Mid North Coast Sleep Clinic, General Surgeon Dr Saad Al-Mahaidi and Kinetic Medicine.

As a rural GP you will enjoy an exciting and stimulating career where no two days are the same and allows you to function with a high degree of independence. You will experience a broad scope of practice to tackle the unique presentations found only in rural general practice.
Our two clinic sessions per day begin at 9 am and break for lunch at 12.30 pm. The afternoon session begins at 2 pm and finishes at 4.30 pm, leaving time for following up results and returning messages. Our clinical software is Best Practice.
Our 14 bed (and three emergency bed) hospital is serviced by our local general practitioners who enjoy a rotational roster ensuring 24 hour a day care to the residents of the community.
