Practice Fees
Following is a list of our standard consultations and fees. Other fees and charges may be applicable. Telephone consultations are charged at the same rate as face to face consultation.

Payment is required at the completion of your consultation. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please speak with your Doctor. Bulk billing and concession rates will be offered to pensioners and health care card holds in the 2422 post code area only. If you are not a regular patient at our practice and live outside the 2422 post code area, you will be privately billed. Our regular patients outside this post code area will continue to receive bulk billing and concession rates. Please do not hesitate to speak to our friendly reception staff if you have any questions and thank you for your understanding.
Gloucester MediCo is pleased to announce that we now offer Online Repeat Scripts and Referrals to our patients.
Online repeat prescriptions or referrals allows eligible patients to conveniently request repeat prescriptions or referrals from their regular doctor without the need for a face-to-face consultation. This service is designed for patients who have attended the practice within the past twelve months and require refills for previously approved medications or previously created referrals only.
Eligibility:
• You must be an existing patient of the practice.
• Your medications must have been previously approved by your doctor.
How it works:
1. Access the service: Visit www.ourmedico.com.au or use the AMS Connect app to access the online repeat prescription or referral request system.
2. Submit your request: Select the medications you require and submit your request.
3. Review and approval: Your regular doctor will review your request and decide if a repeat prescription or referral is appropriate.
4. Notification: You will receive an SMS notification regarding the approval or decline of your request.
5. Payment and delivery: If approved, you will be charged automatically, and your prescription or referral will be delivered to your preferred location.
Important notes:
• A non-rebatable service fee will apply.
• The service may not be available for all medications or referrals.
• It is important to ensure that your contact information is up-to-date with the practice.
